Whew. We've just returned to Swaziland from a whirlwind trip to many places in the US. It was wonderful to see everyone, but as usual, the trip was too short. So now we're catching up on posting the photos and videos we took while we were there.
On Sunday, March 25, 2012, we had a great day with Aviva's Grandma Ellen in Stamford. Jeff, Brianne, Seamus, and Baby Rory joined us, too.
Seamus and Aviva had a terrific time playing with Grandma Ellen.
Later, Aviva had some quiet time with Grandma Ellen (and Bow, the poodle.)
On the next day, Grandma Ellen joined us for a great kids' program at the Westport Public Library, Rhythm and Rhyme, a 30 minute singing and dancing class for toddlers. Seamus and Aviva loved it.
Pay special attention to the fourth clip, where Seamus shows off some excellent balancing moves.
In the last clip, Aviva has completely lost interest in the singing and dancing...but she has found an adorable new baby friend.
Later that afternoon, we braved the cold to go to a very nice playground in Stamford. Aviva borrowed Seamus' coat, and didn't mind the cold at all! She loved sliding into her grandmother's arms.
Aviva had a great two days with Grandma Ellen, and can't wait to see her again!
