You guessed right: I am a spaniard. Actually, we love fish and seafood too. Also, salads are a daily feature at our family table, both for lunch and dinner, as many spaniards do. It is true that I generally complain about restaurants here not serving enough vegetables as side dishes. Did you know that we (spaniards) are the second largest fish-eaters in the world, per person, after Japan? Well, this is just a little information.
